You do not need our permission and you do not need to explain why. This page exists so the steps are written down somewhere you can read before you start.

From inside the app

  1. Open Cremedyx and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings — the last tab.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Confirm. You will be asked to authenticate, because this cannot be undone.

The same screen is also reachable from Settings → Preferences → Privacy.

By email

Write to admin@cremedyx.com from the address your account uses. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion, and we answer within 30 days.

Use this route if the in-app screen does not complete for any reason. A deletion request is never refused, and you never have to justify it.

What is deleted

Deletion is cascading, not a flag on a row that stays. Removing the account removes, with it:

Uploaded files are queued and removed through the storage provider's API.

What remains, and why

One category survives, and we name it rather than describe it vaguely: invoice and subscription records required for accounting. Israeli tax law requires a business to retain its records; we cannot delete a payment as if it never happened.

These are retained under a one-way cryptographic digest — the identifier is replaced by a value that cannot be reversed back to you. The figures stay auditable; the person is no longer identifiable from them. Nothing in that set carries your name, your email, your messages or your customers.

Your customers' data

If you are a customer of a merchant who uses Cremedyx — not a Cremedyx account holder yourself — this page is not your route. The merchant you contacted controls that data. Ask them, and if they pass the request to us we will carry it out. See the privacy policy, section 2.
